Free Shipping on All US Orders

We're pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimums, no hidden fees.

Delivery Timeframe

Please allow 20–25 business days for delivery. Because our pieces are substantial handcrafted items — many made to order — this timeframe reflects the care and craftsmanship that goes into each one. We think the wait is worth it, and we'll keep you informed every step of the way.

During peak holiday periods, lead times may be extended. We'll always communicate your estimated ship date personally.

How Your Order Is Shipped

Smaller items ship via USPS or FedEx Ground in reinforced cartons. Large chandeliers and furniture are professionally crated and shipped via FedEx Freight to ensure they arrive safely.

Our Order & Fulfillment Process

We believe in keeping you informed from the moment you order to the moment your piece arrives. Here's what to expect:

  1. Order confirmation — You'll receive an automatic confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
  2. Estimated ship date — We'll follow up with a personal email confirming your estimated ship date once your order is submitted to our fulfillment team.
  3. Photo review & approval — Before your item is packed and shipped, we'll send you photos of your finished piece for your review and approval. We don't ship until you're happy with it.
  4. Tracking info — Once your order ships, we'll send you tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.

Important: Freight Delivery Instructions

For large items shipping via a freight company, please note the following:

  • Be present at delivery. Someone must be available to receive the shipment.
  • Inspect before signing. Thoroughly inspect your shipment while the freight carrier is present. Any visible damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading before the driver departs — this is required to file a damage claim.
  • Report damage within 24 hours. In the rare event of damage, contact us within 24 hours at the information below so we can assist promptly with repair or replacement.

P.O. Boxes

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for all orders.

Alaska & Hawaii

We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii! Please note that free shipping does not apply — shipping to these states requires a custom quote due to distance and carrier limitations. Contact us before placing your order, and we'll get you a shipping quote for your approval.

Canada

We do ship to Canada! Please note that free shipping does not apply to Canadian orders. Contact us before placing your order, and we'll provide a shipping quote for your review and approval.
