Frequently Asked Questions

How Do I Determine the Correct Size Antler Chandelier for My Room?

A widely used design guideline is to add the length and width of your room in feet and convert that number to inches. For example, a 16 x 16 foot room adds up to 32, making a 32-inch diameter chandelier a good minimum size.

When hanging over a dining table, the bottom of the chandelier should sit approximately 30 inches above the tabletop. In large open rooms without a table beneath, the bottom of the chandelier should hang at least 7 feet above the floor.

Ceiling height, room proportions, and your lighting needs should all factor into your decision. Not sure what size is right for your space? Contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Can You Create a Custom Antler Chandelier Based on a Photo or Sketch?

Yes. We can work with you to create a custom antler chandelier or furnishing inspired by a photo, sketch, or design concept you have in mind. Share your reference materials and project details with us and we'll work with you to develop a design tailored to your space.

Can I Request Antler Finish Samples Before Ordering?

Yes. We understand how important it is to get the finish right before committing to a custom piece. Finish samples can be provided upon request. Contact us to ask about available finishes before placing your order.

Where Do the Antlers Come From?

All of our antler lighting and furniture is crafted from naturally shed antlers collected from the wild. No animals are harmed in the process. Antlers are sourced from reputable collectors and dealers throughout the Rocky Mountain region.

How Is the Electrical Wiring Integrated Into Antler Chandeliers?

Each antler is carefully drilled and internally wired by hand so all electrical components are completely concealed. This ensures both safety and a clean, finished look. Hidden wiring is a hallmark of high-quality antler chandeliers and it is the standard we maintain on every piece.

Are Your Antler Chandeliers and Lighting Fixtures Safe and Up to Standard?

All lighting is constructed using UL-approved components, tested for polarity, and subjected to a 1000-volt overload test. Our products carry a 20-year track record without a single wiring-related issue.

What Type of Bulbs Are Used, and Are LED Bulbs Recommended?

Our antler chandeliers are rated for a maximum of 60 watts per socket. Each chandelier comes supplied with dimmable, warm white (2700K) LED bulbs rated at 40-watt equivalent (4 watts actual consumption), with an estimated 20,000-hour lifespan. We recommend not exceeding the 60-watt maximum per socket.

What Is the Lead Time for Orders?

Please allow 20 to 25 business days for delivery. Every piece is handcrafted to order. During peak holiday periods lead times may be extended, and we will always communicate your estimated ship date personally after your order is placed.

How Are Large Antler Chandeliers Packaged and Shipped?

Please be present at delivery and inspect your shipment thoroughly before the freight carrier departs. Any visible damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading before the driver leaves. Contact us within 24 hours if any damage is found. For full details, please review our Shipping Policy.
